Turfrey carried out Kingspan Insulated Panel Roofing & Wall Cladding, Plumbing, Drainage, Stormwater and Hydraulic Services to the facility.
The facility, which has the capacity to host international events, as well as local club meets, includes a 50m FINA World Championship/Olympic-sized pool that can be divided into two 25 metre competition pools using a movable bulkhead. It also has a separate 25m learn to swim area, and single and double hydrotherapy pools. There is enough permanent seating to fit 888 spectators and temporary seating for 1662.
